Aurem is an Australian online clinic. You see a registered
practitioner by video, get a plan built on your results, and have it
reviewed over time. Your appointments happen from home, on your phone
or laptop.
Will I get a prescription?
Only if it's right for you. Treatment is one possible outcome, where
deemed medically appropriate. Your practitioner may also suggest
advice, a test, a referral, monitoring or no treatment at all. Each of
these is a normal outcome.
Who are the practitioners?
Registered Australian health practitioners. You'll get their name and
registration number at the start, and you can look them up yourself.
How do consultations work?
Fill in a short health form, then meet your practitioner on a video
call. They'll read your form first. Any decisions about your care are
made in your appointment.
What does it cost?
You'll see the fee before you confirm your booking. Medicines, tests
and scans are charged separately by the provider you choose.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your information is stored securely and handled under Australian
privacy law. You decide what you share, and you can ask to see your
records at any time.
